  1. Nice repair job on the bow. My father owned a 58ft ferrocement commercial fishing boat that we fished for albacore,crab and salmon off the West Coast of the States.. I went from Tacoma Washington to San Francisco one summer fishing for albacore with him, the name of the vessel was Sanddab.

  16. Now, you have had some great experiences with that yacht;
    1#, if you were about to (for whatever reason) change it – would you go for another ferrocement, or steel, or GRP, or what?
    2#, would you then prefer a mono or a cat or maybe even a trimaran?
    3#, if a mono – would the size be approximately the same, or bigger/smaller?
    4#, have you ever reckoned an electrical motor could be an advantage (given a proper battery bank)?
    Thnx for all efforts sharing m8’s! 👍🏽
