Magnet Fishing With A 500Lb Super Magnet

Today I got my 500lb neodymium magnet from brute magnetics they sent me it to test out . I found some cool stuff at my new honey hole. It is a very very powerful magnet scary strong. It picked stuff up with no problem the 250lb magnet could not pick up.

  2. You might want to be thinking of getting a action camera of some kind so you can have a head or chest mount or you might just be using your magnet to recover what ever your using now…

  3. Don't know if you scrap metal, but just put most of that in your tin pile. Won't make much, but eventually it will pay for the magnet.

  6. QUESTION: How do you transport this new magnet so that it doesn't stick to your car or other steel object?

  7. The item at 4:04 is part of a hasp. It connected to via a hinge to a small metal piece which is screwed into a door frame. This part then fits over a second part which has a metal loop sticking out of it, and is itself attached to the door via screws. Just do a google image search for hasp.

  20. I think those vice grips have a lifetime guarantee you can trade them in for new ones lol. I think that square plate with the oblong hole in it is a blade for a hand plane
