  3. If he truly believed they were going to hit…then he wouldn't have gone out to stand in it's way. He was putting on a show, and such people make it easier to accept higher taxes on "the rich".

  13. This is skill at it's finest. Pilots know the exact contour of the entire harbor and turning basin. The reporter has no clue what she is talking about. He was not thrusting in reverse. The ship was thrusting to starboard with no forward motion. Completely planned and executed to perfection.

  23. Please explain to me how a cruise ship can destroy your house? Your home does not appear to be on the water, therefore it must be on land behind you. Even if that ship ran into the beach, it would likely only push upwards of a couple feet, assuming it didn't hit your concrete patio first. This woman is a dumb bitch and so is the husband.

  26. Is these seriously how bored people are in America? That NOTHING happening gets a news report?
I looked it up, that's the place where ALL cruise ships and ALL ships Turn around to get out and sail down the channel, so LITERALLY nothing happened. The ships all sail down here. Stop, and then spin on the spot (the bigger ones, the smaller ones do a Uturn).
NOTHING HAPPENED. A ship turned around, in a place ships turn around.
This is what Americans are looking at on their news "TERROR a ship turned around not hitting anything". instead of ACTUAL news…

  27. Fake News,on both sides they are watching the ship and the front steering is steering out from the port the ship has to move foward or it will damage the dock for reverse.

  33. I was surprised at the Pilot's Association supporting the pilot. There was NO WAY he was 'safely guiding' the ship. Probably drunk at the wheel.

  36. I thought the ship was going to hit my rich house. So I ran toward the ship. I put my hands on my hip. This was to intimidate the ship's, crew. I then used harsh language. And the ship started to go in reverse. I am a hero and my ugly wife, loves me more than ever.

  43. The news reporter has no idea what she was talking about. they didnt put it in reverse. you see the wake on one side and not the other in the front. just manuvering. you think they would do a little research before they air a report
