  5. Hi Guys, another great video! I've watched your videos for the last couple of years and am going to retire soon and hope to buy a boat similar to yours to do long distance cruising like yourselves. Have you ever done a video on your monthly/yearly budget/expenses, I couldn't find it when I did a search? If not, that would be something I/many of your viewers would find very useful to help us calculate the budgets we need to be working with if we want to live a similar lifestyle to yours. Thanks in advance.

  6. I like your boat, I am curious about the construction of the hull? I have a Spencer 42 now, which is about as bomb proof as it gets, but really wishing I had a pilot house, the hard dodger is nice, but in the PNW not having a back wall on there it still gets really cold!

    1) How much does your fridge/freezer draw? Are solar panels enough or do you charge with engine and generator as well?
    2) If you were to setup for offshore wx today, what would you suggest as most cost effective yet detailed enough?
    3) Do you carry a storm anchor as well and if so, what size? We have a mantus 45lbs for our island packet 35 but wonder about having a storm anchor incase winds above 45 knots?

  17. Super nice interior and refinements throughout. I am very curious about your 30-ish gal/hr home made water maker. What resources did you use to make it?

  20. Nice. Like how you adapted the boat to fit your needs. Would love to know more about the water maker you made. Love the idea of using off-the-shelf parts. Easier to repair if necessary. Thanks for sharing!
