Paul Allen’s Mega-Yacht Octopus For Sale

Price tag: $325.5 million
Two elevators. Two helipads. A pool. A private deck (which will come with a bar), a incredibly hot tub, a film theater, a basketball court, a library, a spa, an observation deck, a hyperbaric chamber and an eight-particular person underwater submarine that docks in the ship (or a distant explorer if you favor to continue to be onboard). As for the sleeping quarters, there are 13 visitor cabins and 30 rooms for the crew.

Yacht-administration firm Burgess is the seller, if you’re fascinated. Just keep in brain that protecting and working a ship prices an believed 10 percent of the order price.

  2. The most capable yacht in the world at this time. It can carry anything and go anywhere. The only thing it lacks is a twin-engine amphibious aircraft like the Twin-Otter. One could easily replace one of the boat tenders with an amphibious vehicle like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Ik4aErOa38&t=1s . I'd buy this only if I could charter when not using. It would cost $30,000/day to operate.

  7. Paul Allen, in my opinion was one of the very few if not the only billionaire who really lived his life. Others seem to just vegetate through life. If you were to look through his Twitter account, you'd realize that he was a man of exceedingly diverse interests. His life truly was one that was lived well.

  8. I need to know the specs before I consider. Also, I’d need to free up a couple of dozen million for the retrofit. Maybe Arvest bank can help me with that instead of asking me to open a personal checking account every five seconds hahaha
