Tesla Model Y Super Yacht – This is Why it is Special

Tesla’s plans to make transportation completely sustainable and electric are now expanding into the water. As if fans of Tesla vehicles weren’t excited enough knowing that their vehicles like the Cybertruck can float, in 2017 the company unveiled the concept of an electric yacht. Today that dream boat is inching its way towards reality.

The extraordinary Model Y
The Tesla Model Y superyacht concept is truly extraordinary, and if there is anyone who will ensure it becomes a reality, it’s Elon Musk, whose technological marvels have never failed to impress the world.

Tesla’s Cybertruck has a boat mode
The closest most people could get to the experience of owning a sea-faring Tesla is the Cybertruck, which Elon Musk revealed in a tweet would have a “boat mode.” He admitted that the vehicle could even float for a while, but if current videos are anything to go by, some are finding it can be used briefly as a boat

The Model Y electric yacht will be over 100 feet long
Returning to the Tesla Model Y yacht, the design itself is going to be quite unique. First, it’s not going to be a gas guzzler, which is to be expected given Tesla’s other products. The yacht looks sleek and sophisticated, with a sharp hull that narrows at the tip and gradually widens out at the rear.
