*SOLD* 1964 Hatteras 41 Double Cabin Cruiser Yacht For Sale or Trade 843-532-1759

This Hatteras has been sold but I am leaving the video up just for fun and info purposes. 1964 41′ Hatteras Double Cabin Motor Yacht For Sale OR Trade for Decent Full Size SUV of Similar value or Sail Boat or Smaller Motor Boat of similar value. This boat has twin 600 Diesel motors, I am getting more info on them but in any case one motor is fine but the other needs a new oil pan, NOTE this boat does not run and would need to be hauled out and at least 10 k worth of work to be sea worthy. I basically took it over from the previous owner because it was in a boat slip I own and he did not want to keep it up anymore so he sold it to me at a low price and we use it as a “Floating Condo” which it is perfect for because it really has a lot of room inside. I used it this way for many years and then the roof started to leak so I decided to remodel it and I have fixed all the roof issues, replaced almost the whole interior ceiling, I redid the 110 power and some of the 12 volt so all that works, put in a new small fridge and AC and a new hot water heater, new pex plumbing too so the stand up shower works and all the sinks, also 2 new bilge pumps. I repainted the interior and refinished lots of nice old wood with new varnish and put new carpet in the Main Salon. I am now starting some finishing trim work and will have it back to “Man Cave on the Water” status in about a week. The exterior needs a new top, wood work and paint but is solid. I am trying to sell this because I have decided to get into sailing and want to use my boat slip for that. As for this boat if I don’t sell it I will be taking it out of the water soon and put it on some land I have and making a funky Airbnb cabin out of it. As for being sea worthy please know it is not that and would take a minimum of about 10 k to be sea worthy and another 5 k minimum in cosmetics to be decent and honestly more like 25 k total to really restore BUT the inside is pretty decent and the hull is solid so its not a bad start. The boat is Coast Guard registered already so that is cool too so it does not need to be registered with the state. Before you ask me a ton of questions please just read this add a few times and please watch this video I shot because it does show the current condition very well and really this is all the info I have. It is AS IS and will need to be moved from my slip in a reasonable amount of time. Please to all the scammers out their do not waste time contacting me.
